What should I do if payment receipt is not generated in Goa?
Do not immediately make the payment again. A failed or pending property-portal payment can be caused by bank delay, payment-gateway delay, expired session, slow government server, or a receipt-generation problem.

Direct answer
Do not immediately make the payment again. A failed or pending property-portal payment can be caused by bank delay, payment-gateway delay, expired session, slow government server, or a receipt-generation problem.
What to check first
- Take a screenshot of the failed payment screen, reference number, transaction ID, date, time and amount.
- Check whether money was actually debited from the bank account or card.
- Return to the official portal and look for payment status, application status, receipt reprint, GRAS/e-challan status or transaction history.
- If money was debited but receipt is missing, wait for the normal reconciliation period shown by the official portal or bank before paying again.
- Contact the official helpdesk, SRO, treasury/payment support or bank using the transaction ID if the amount is not reversed or receipt is not generated.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not pay repeatedly from different cards or UPI IDs.
- Do not share OTP, card number or bank login details with agents.
- Do not rely on screenshots alone as final official proof unless the portal confirms payment.
